Pentru produsele aflate în stoc termenul estimativ de livrare poate varia între 2 și 7 zile lucrătoare, în funcție de adresa de trimitere a coletului. Pentru produsele realizate la comanda termenul de livrare poate varia intre 14 și 28 de zile.

Koja Concept oferă livrarea gratuită în toată România pentru comenzile ce depășesc 600 lei, excepțiile fiind coletele ce vor fi livrate cu cerere de urgentare și cele ce necesită deplasarea curierului în localități în care nu există un punct de lucru a firmei de curierat.
